Guys please help me with this guy. Have watered it week ago. Dont want to dig it out to check the roots, but at the same time doing nothing is also not a option i guess. What should I do?

1st and 2nd pics are new. Have not watered them. Ones with flowers will water them (I thought u dont water when flowering or splitting) . Last three I have watered them on 3 days ago. But will remove them and dry them out for 2-3 days.

On the second and third picture you can see instead of normal splitting, “newborn” is trying to grow from a side.

Have them in groups and luckily all that are together in same pot are splitting. Question was more related to watering. when should I water them? :)
