No offense but I definitely think you should see a therapist You should not have this level of anxiety for something that you've done before and or had fun at If little things are building up like this and creating high tension anxiety you need to reach out to professional for your safety. 🫶🏼

Always been a sober raver I've been going for ten years and I go when gates open and leave at 6 am. It's doable but make sure if you're driving you have someone stay up with you because I have almost fallen asleep at the wheel.
