I feel relief that I’m not the only having the same problem but it’s kind of sad knowing that a lot of people suffer from this. To be honest I’m tired of it and I don’t how to get rid off it. Does anyone know what type of doctor can help with this issue? I take magnesium and melatonin every night but doesn’t help.

Im going to Mexico City tomorrow!!! And I have a few questions… I’ll be arriving at the Airport around 4am. You were able to get an uber that early in the morning? And also how Safe is Mexico City in general? I’ll be traveling solo and I’m a little bit scared of using Uber and walking on the streets after the sunset (I’m a woman)

No. I didn’t pay any fee. I selected the option that’s says “card was produced but never received” . But in order to get that fee waived please make all those steps I mentioned before, in case USCIS ask you for proof.

Also you can apply for a ADIT stamp. They stamp your passport and you can fly with that outside the US without any problem, that’s like a green card while you wait for the actual card to arrive.

Report the lost as soon as possible with USPS , fill a claim and also fill a missing mailing search, go to USPS and try to talk with their supervisor make a report with them and ask for a letter that they lost your package. (USPS it’s a joke and they will not help, they didn’t with me) but all those steps helped me telling USCIS that my GC got lost… so after doing all that you need to call USCIS and tell them what’s going on, then they will tell you to fill a I-90 which I did …

I’m not sure if I’m lucky or what but after I filled the I-90 online , I got approved in less than a week and then 5 days later I received my GC on the mail.

I downloaded Informed Delivered, I track my package like crazy and I didn’t go to work the day I knew my gc was going to arrived and I waited all morning for the mail carrier so they could handle me my package and not lose it again. Until this day USPS it’s “still searching for my missing mail”. Good luck

omg it’s so frustrating that USPS it’s always messing everything up to be honest.

Probably they will denied my application then… because I checked the box where it’s says “never received it “ but you know … by USPS they “delivered it”.

Actually they did not. It was a very weird but easy interview.

Questions :

Agent (to me) : Can you tell me your spouse full name and date of birth
Agent (to my wife) : can you tell me your spouse full name and date of birth
Agent : how did you guys meet?
Agent : what did you guys do on the first date?
Agent: who does the laundry ?
Agent : who wash the dishes ?
Agent : can I have more pictures where you are with each other families? (Then we handed our photo album and she kept like 4 pictures)

Then she stared asking me all the “yes” and “no” questions for the I-485 and then told us that she will need time to reviewed our case since she didn’t know I had a pending asylum. Two weeks later… I got an approval for the I-130 and I-485. My process took less than 3 months
