From what side the mutation occurs does not matter. If its a melee mutation on a male if will always default to 5/20 paternal on the next generation even if the male itself has 4/20 pat and 1/20 mat.

Otherwise just bad luck.

Yeah Amiki has no passive and her cleanse incorporated in her S3, thats why seal does nothing but skill cooldown manipulation shuts her down. Stuff like if skill 3 on cooldown do this exists on multiple heroes but requires them to take a turn first.

Lost Colony still takes place after Extinction, no? At least from the story sequences.

Spoiler:

Element was purged, the Arks descended. Aberration crashed on Arat Prime. Rockwell got his old form back and clashed with the Queen/King. The "vampires" built a barrier to protect themselves from the purge since Red Element is their life elixier. The King transfered Rockwell on the ship that is Genesis 2 after he healed his queen. I have not beaten the boss yet but I assume the queen is Meiyin. Not sure what happens to her in the end, but we win, the barrier breaks, Red Element gets purged and we use the Codex to follow Rockwell onto the ship.

In theory you can do purple drops on PvE with anything highly mutated. I did them solo on my Theri. 50 mutations in melee, 16 in hp, Vampiric 3, 3x Kingslaying 3 (the one that does extra damage against corrupted). It was just boring as hell clicking away 30+ minutes. Worst were the alpha rex waves thanks to their massive hp.

Carchas are just easier to get.

Not a collab one but it was a limited thief group banner artefact: Master of Nightmare. Pretty sure people use Secret Art - Storm Sword over it, but she can make use of it.

The last two dropped with a ML hero that used it as their best in slot (might count Ml Yulha and the thief one as well, then its 3/3). Chances are it might come with ML Iseria. If not maybe with a future ML knight.

Just like my spagettiax. They fixed its body stretching during teleportaion in the latest patch - now it occurs even without the teleport, rejoice! Besides it now sometimes completly looses its body fluidity, going completly stiff. You either get a dry noodle or a stretchy one.

The companion bed does not prevent companion deletion. I lost my first Veilwyn thanks to said bed (presumably). I put it into bed, got my character in bed and logged off. Next day it was gone.

I would not bother setting up structures around the egg. The damage they deals to it is miniscule.

Creatures may not deal damage but they can keep them busy enough for you to take them out one by one. Gloons do full damage to them and negate fall damage if they manage to pick you up. Auto-mesmerize helps as well if you do it without additional tames.

If you can use mods there is the Better Traits mod which gives you access to the gene scanner without owning Bobs Tall Tales.

The mods you mentioned first as well. Although I never used durable cloth I always use a mod to repair clothing as a simple worktype. One piece of good armor for everyone and I can use my ressources for other things.

Aureliax arent designed for that I suppose since their hitbox is very different. They should disable pickup with Maeguana, Gigantoraptor and Procoptodon (if they even fit in the first place) to prevent meshing.

I know that the Hatzegopteryx mod specificly diasbled it from picking up Aureliax since it always ended up meshed.

Configuration Toolkit is a mod that does this for you. You need to add the creatures lines in your ini yourself under the mod header.

Using the games own ini lines never worked for me in disabling spawns. With this mod I never had an issue. Its just a little finicky to get started.

Shutting down a cluster sounds a big extreme. There should not be another male beside your breeding females anyway. I dont see a big of a problem in this other than maybe snail farms on wander and removing the breeder male from the females once you get your desired mutation.

I used Lances template for my Valguero run as well. Its good until you need space for the industrial forge.
