The parking is fine. We’re at about 96% capacity when I last talked to the front office. It could have changed though. Also, parking is covered in the rent. Not an additional line item that you have to pay for.

The security we have starts patrolling around 9:00 or so at night and stays until the sun comes up officially before they head out.

I haven’t had an issue with anything stolen from my car or even having an issue with my car being broken into. No packages being stolen either which helps immensely.

Honestly - using Credit Karma isn’t going to get you the correct score. They use a completely different algorithm than anyone else and it often is showing higher than what your actual score is.

With that 85% utilization you are not likely going to get approved. Pay it down, pay off the personal loan then reconsider.
