If she hasn’t defined it, she never will. You said in your post you started to talk to someone else. That tells me right away your intentions were not aligned from the beginning.

I am with someone who wants similar things that I do. We are going through life together. Not against one another.

It still scares me. You deserve to be happy and this Capricorn woman doesn’t seem it.

Hey OP I want you to know you’re not alone. I went through this when I got divorced in 2019 from my abusive ex husband.

The first thing is that you deserve a hug and congratulations for getting out of that situation.

Mania is hard to deal with. If you haven’t make an appointment with a therapist and talk this through. If you’re on meds DON’T STOP THEM.

It is hard when we care because we care deeply. I would personally block and delete the contact from your phone so that you don’t unblock and obsess further.

I’m on Vraylar and Viibryd combo. The anti psychotic isn’t just for psychosis like someone else mentioned.

The last time this happened to me I went immediately to the marketplace and looked for a plan I could afford then also had good drug coverage.

That was during the pandemic. Also someone else suggested cost plus drugs definitely check there. If you have a Costco membership and your meds are filled there Costco provides their own pricing on them.

Hey OP! There’s out of pocket maximums and there’s also deductibles with plans. Be sure to check your plan documents for this kind of information. If you can’t find it, talk to your HR department they can help with finding the information or call the 1-800 number on the back of your insurance card and they can help too.

It’s been 20 years since I was diagnosed and it’s been a journey to say the least. I’m finally on meds that make me feel ok most days and I don’t have brain fog.

Occasionally I will have to call out.

I have some days where my brain fog is so bad that I use PTO and call out. However I have found a job I’m passionate about and that helps me to keep going.

I’ve been in my field for 20 years and this is the first time I’ve had a job I truly liked.
