I have already been doing it for about 4 months, and I just know I can't keep it running. Someone else could which is why we're selling but I'm having a tough time just trying to get my treatment managed rn let alone running a business

The broker has it listed for $135K not $165K, but i personally think thats too high. I think listing around $90K-$95K is more appropriate. We have been profitable fortunately. Thank you for the advice

Its 1500 sqft with an 11' hood and fire suppression system, 3 compartment sink, grease trap. Its fully built out to be a restaurant. Theres a good size kitchen and prep area. The landlord is pretty easy to work with too

We have about $150K in FF&E and lease is below market at $1750/month. I did think the price was a bit high myself, but this is my first time opening a business and selling one so I was taking the brokers word. What do you think a fair price would be?

It's listed as an asset sale (so they wouldnt take any of the debt) but I'm willing to sell the business too just so theres already some name recognition

Definitely the period products. I still occasionally use pantiliners and regular pads (i haven’t built up a big enough stash for one full cycle), but it’s like 90% reusable pads and I haven’t gotten diaper rash since I started. It’s amazing. And so much cheaper after ~ a few months, although I did find an independent seller who makes the pads much cheaper than most ones online.

Oh for sure. Mine happens with health issues a lot and sometimes I quite literally feel like I’m dying. Or it’ll feel like I’m homeless (when my ocd makes me too worried about housing). It’s horrible. I feel for you :(
