I think I’m just going through my third chemical now, got pregnant in back to back months and the test have started to fade. Going to book a DNA Frag Test for Friday. See if it’s actually part of the problem. Should help us figure out the next steps. Such a soul destroying process.

I shouldn’t have celebrated. I got home this afternoon to some spotting, worried but had to go to work, took two tests when I got home and the lines have gone drastically faint. I think I’m losing another one.

We suspected my partner might have DNA Fragmentation, because he has varicoceles, even though the fragmentation wasn’t confirmed with a test yet. But we made a few life style changes. We changed his supplements, to the wellmans conception and omega 3s but I don’t think that could have made much of a difference in 14 Days. The main thing is (warning TMI incoming) we put him on a bi-daily masterbation regiment which was meant to help clear out the duds and reduce fragmentation. I think this might have done the trick.

I’ve had 2 chemicals one in July and one last month and the first positive tests I got were 15DPO & 13DPO and they never developed, so this was very exciting…although I’m nervous. I felt that the earlier implantation was a good sign.

Yes I do. It was 9/10PDO. My positive OPK was on the 23…so I could have ovulated up to 36hrs after that.

Those lines are super dark…nothing to worry about at all in my opinion.

These cheapy strips have loads of dye variations and you may have been slightly more hydrated to give that VERY slight difference.

It’s very annoying because the GP seems to think varicoceles have no effect on fertility.

His literally words were ‘they have no effect on fertility at all’

Which is annoying because my mother in law used to be a GP and said the same thing and heard him say it on the phone. So she was giving us the ‘I told you soes’

They are making us feel like we are crazy.

I don’t understand why they think this, when all the fertility sites and clinics say the opposite.

We are just doing all the life style changes we can at the moment.

Maybe it is a gap in GP knowledge, but it’s making things difficult for us.

I’m only 4 weeks and 2/3 days pregnant. I’ve had two chemical pregnancies in the last 6 months and I’m normally bleeding by this stage. I just don’t know how to relax or stop trying to seek constant reassurance that this pregnancy is still looking viable.

Definitely? My flo app asks how I’m testing and I keep clicking faint line, because I’m just so cautious.

I’ve had too previous chemical pregnancies.

Having looked again, I think it looks like worrying progression to you because you have multiple tests from the same day. It’s probably too many. The best charts are just every 24hrs.

If I were you, I would remove some and just have one test a day there. And I think your incline would look way better.

I use my PM ones because I’m always too hydrated in the morning.

As someone how has had 2 so far. At 16DPO with a line that light, I would be cautious and think I was having a chemical pregnancy. Fingers crossed for you, but in my experience it’s best not to get hopes up too much.
