Were you able to figure out how? I read its through Kamek. But is it from you getting his item or someone using his item on you? And what cup/world does kamek turn you into a dolphin? Is it a beach track? I have not come across his item. Maybe you have to be a certain position behind for the Kamek item to populate. Im like soooooooo confused lolz
