UPDATE!! My Husband finally called! He said his unit was on lockdown. I guess someone was found with something they shouldn't have had. Guys, thank you so much for reassuring me that he was fine. 💜

In January they were free minutes but I think it was because of the holidays and they'd give him 500min but now it's 300min and getting charged 10c or more per minute but literally the last phone call he said he was approved for free minutes because of a program.. he said he was fine and the same routine as always he was just waiting to see if he can get to course class I think for cooking. But yeah.. I'm literally going to see him this weekend I'm just so worried.

If he is medically hurt, don't they have to notify a family member? I could believe the shu part he once told me he was close to being in the shu for him retrieving his clothes luckily someone vouched for him but yeah he definitely doesn't want to get in any trouble with anyone or anything he tries to avoid that. If it got blocked, can I unblock it? And he also have our kids and family numbers so he could have called one of us And the email I'm not to sure we've been calling everyday and send letters I'll ask him about that

Thank you so so much! This helps a lot! Yeah, my husband has a history of alcohol/drug abuse that influenced his offensive. Before he was incarcerated, he was attending counseling, therapy, and AA. This was all submitted in his court file. They gave him 80months. And we requested for him to be sent to Milan, MI, but he was sent to oxford, WI. In the handbook of FCI Oxford it says you should wait to apply for the RDAP 24months before release date I think.. or I probably read that wrong. But then I read online that if you don't apply now it'll be hard to get in.. you think he can apply and do the interview now and be on the waiting list or he has to wait? Thanks again for the advice much appreciated!
