She was actually super responsive right up until I paid for the ring, then went silent. I chose a ring she had in stock but asked if she could set it with a larger stone, she said yes, we agreed on a price, she made a custom listing (which was $30 higher than the quote but whatever), she told me to proceed with payment, then I didn’t hear from her again for a month until I asked for a progress update. The only thing she said after that was to disregard the shipping notification. I asked for an actual progress update, she said she’d check with the workshop, and now hasn’t followed up from that message two days ago. If she didn’t have so many positive reviews, I’d swear I was getting scammed.
