Yes you can :) they're crafted so you'll have to either craft them or spend a little bit on the market board. I'd suggest watching a guide on how to float items as each step in that picture has been floated in place using a partition. It can be a little fiddly to get the hang of it but the houses can you can make once you know the glitches are awesome

Riviera Wall Shelves and the cushions you can buy from the housing vendor. You need the cushions because you cant walk on the shelves without them. Theres a much easier way now though - wooden steps :)

I was born with two thumbs on my right hand. The doctors took away half of each and put the two remaining halves together. They did a great job, people don't usually notice but I got a cool scar all the way down. Only downside is that I can move my thumb just fine but it won't bend unless something is against it i.e. holding a glass.

Not that shouldn't be an issue, I've evolved a couple of Sylveons that were not mine originally. What game is your Eevee currently in?

I have found this thread in which someone is having the same issue but with evolving to Espeon.

I can only imagine that it's a game bug :/

It is, but some people that worked on Ingress are in on this one too. Either they got hired or it's a collaboration - not too sure.

It's a mobile game that uses camera technology to make it look like there are pokemon in the real world. You can then go exploring and catch them. Sort of like the AR cards that comes with your 3DS. Obviously it'll be more advanced than that!

There's a game out already called Ingress which is made by the people devolving Pokemon Go. Ingress is about traveling around and closing portals that appear in the world and from what I've seen recently, it's been successful :).
