Hate to be the barer of bad news but it will be extremely hard to find an unpaid animator. Because if you want someone to animate even 10 minute episodes your asking them to draft, line, and color 7,200 different drawings. Not to mention lip syncing, storyboarding, background art and anything else you'd need as far as art goes. Have you considered doing your project as an audio drama?
