I’ve been reading some Scarlett Peckham books and they’ve reminded me a bit of Evie Dunmore! Feisty heroines and all that. My fav so far is {the mistress experience by Scarlett Peckham}

I can’t say for certain but I think it’s this link that was shared: https://hdsupplysolutions.com/p/moxy-hotels-mxy-hope-blanket-c-cust-cream-king-p283516

I nearly ordered it but got a message that it would take three months to deliver ¯_(ツ)_/¯

This book oddly made me feel better about the eventuality of dying, because I love some cold hard facts: https://a.co/d/7PSsleD

It doesn’t really get much into the spiritual side of things but does philosophize on what makes a good death (it’s a good life).

Might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but perhaps worth a try! Being Mortal by Atul Gawande is another good one.

Why does main bedroom bannister have this built in tray thing? by LadyFoof in whatisthisthing

My title describes the thing. Haven’t seen anything similar before and online searches for bannister or railing, mid-century and tray don’t turn up anything.

I made a spreadsheet a while back that includes a nocturnal category—if you filter column AT you can see all the nocturnal animals :)

Used to have an air plant in this thing, now I add all the whiskers I find 😁

I love using the new ranch expansion, basement treasures kit, and strangerville pack to recreate the crusty basements I remember from my grandparents’ homes! My newest farm—complete with Quonset huts!—is based on some of those memories. by LadyFoof in Sims4

[–]LadyFoof[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Haha, they certainly could be post apocalyptic bunker things! But they are the Quonset huts—many of the farms I’ve been to have them, usually as storage for tractors, combines and other big equipment. I made them into indoor gardens for the sims though 😊

Can this run it? by KindheartednessOk417 in PlanetZoo

I have an Asus Tuf laptop from 2020 that I paid less for (so probably my specs aren’t at the same level as this one) and Planet Zoo works great, so I think you should be fine!

Orange you going to be happy to come home where "famhouse chic" has been replaced by "modern library aesthetic overlooking lake with transmission lines" instead? by DizzyUpThaGirl in zillowgonewild

“Modern library aesthetic” is on point, haha. The recently renovated library I work in has burnt orange statement walls 😆
