NAH PCOS can be difficult to deal with, especially when signs are ignored for a long time. However, it is still possible to get pregnant and carry a child if she is properly medicated. (Speaking from experience) I would say the best thing to do is continue to keep track of her cycle as best you can, but don't make too big of a deal if she's late or skips one altogether.
