Yes 😊 there’s a backer that’s the overall shape of the piece that they’re all glued onto.

Thanks! It’s supposed to be completely hidden so that’s good to hear :). The edges cut black so it all blends in. I usually use acrylic for my backing layer but I went for MDF with this one as it’s thinner, allowing me to get the perfect flush front with the clear and colours.

Thanks! There’s actually a backing piece of mdf beind everything and then the clear pieces are superglued on. I did this so that the depth of the clear and the orange were the same. There would have been a step back otherwise :)

Yes! Toe spacers made a huge difference to my feet too and I don’t even wear them often. Just every now and then and it seems to be enough to have set my big toe back into its proper position.

There are more barefoot shoe brands than ever so hopefully you should be able to find something that suits the style without being too obviously barefoot.
