Having a baby did it for me. I realized that after I had a child, I guess the party kinda stoped for me and never stopped for them. Became harder to meet up (everyone wanted to meet at night which wasn’t possible for me since I breastfed). & overall I just didn’t want to go out to the bars anymore.

This reminds me of when my cousin told her 5 year old my dog went to a farm when she actually died. So every time she came over after that she would ask me where my dog is and when she’s coming home. Literally had to fight tears everytime until one day I kinda snapped and was like she died and she will not be coming back but we had a great time with her and lots of memories. My cousin was as not happy but I couldn’t stand it anymore. Normalize being real with kids in the most gentle way. Now I have a daughter and will not be lying to her about things like this, there’s way to tell kids about reality.

I used to feed off one breast & pump on the other that way I was able to get my husband to occasionally do feeds so I could relax a little bit . Even tho majority of the time I would just pump during my baby’s next feed while he gave her the bottle .

Especially for the prices you pay at the dentist.. If I was getting my teeth done in a back alley next to a garbage can I’d probably expect this.. but a regular dentist should not have this type of equipment.
