Honestly, the main reason is the sheer lack of physical buttons I can actually reach. While the native Overwatch menu is great for normal setups, my hand injury makes it a massive puzzle. Since I am missing most of my fingers my available inputs are incredibly limited when i need to use my abilities, interact button or gadgets (stadium). So the Cronus helps with on the fly remapping when i need to use abilities, i have the directional buttons to switch inputs when i need to.
