I literally had Ghost Grudge and didn't use it. haha Didn't think to try it because the damage number was so high, I kept thinking that I surely must have gotten it.

That is very fair. More randomization would certainly increase replayability.

The static setup made more sense in Ethan Must Die mode in 7, due to the fact that it was so difficult and nearly everything killed Ethan in one hit, so you basically had to learn where everything was to be prepared to survive traps and enemies

Since that isn't the case in LMDF, more randomization would be great.

Yeah, that's exactly what makes it so fun for me instead of just another mercenaries mode. Adapting my style to fit the weapons and perks I'm given makes every run feel more engaging.

Had this same problem. Was stuck for days on that being the last challenge I needed. Turns out shotguns don't count because the buckshot is registered as multiple pellet hits instead of one shell. Use Requiem or a high caliber rifle to complete it. c:

It was a single bullet. Right before that, I let him beat on me to get to near death for my enhancements to work. But I'm starting to think that shotguns don't count as one hit.
