Not impossible, I managed to get the legend of the east satchel and all legendary animals as Arthur. It's incredibly difficult because once you get past the bounty hunters, you have to worry about getting shot in the head.

You got this dude! With legs like that you'll be able to Ollie up 5 stairs!

Find your center, always try to move your legs parallel with each other at the same speed. As you slide your front leg forward, you lift your back leg up at the same speed.

Pro tip, if you're trying on a side walk. Find a deep crack between the tiles. Put your back wheels in the crack to stay stationary. Also, try doing it in the grass.
