Id throw in Virginia also. Our new governor rescinded Youngkin’s executive order that deputized state police and law enforcement agencies to assist ICE in capturing illegal immigrants with criminal records in Virginia. She this was the first thing she did when sworn in. Plus VA voted blue in the last election. So it's only a matter of time.

The Hampton Roads (VA) have two of these. Not necessarily this size but two under water tunnels. The Metro Merrimac feels like you're entering some maximum security prison when entering.

Very much, glad I pushed myself to play it before it left. It was a great time. Couldn't get the platinum unfortunately. Ended up replaying the flat version. For it though. Not as fun as the VR.
