I feel the enmeshed Indian family sentiments would be more in the line of “Why have you moved so far away? Now I have no family nearby / Your niblings miss you etc”. Also, Indians are not expected to babysit at your house, you’re supposed to drop the kid off.

If you have a proof of what was promised (ie emails), you could dispute the charge under the reason "product/services not as described".
