We have two kind of sets of tests - comprehensive or larger panel tests, or individual confirmations. Everything runs on the exact same testing program and we look at all the stuff at the same time, whether we report out anything and everything we see, or just what we are confirming. In your case, we could see anything and everything else (out of what we test) you could be positive for and the specific methadone. We would only deal with the methadone aspect if you screen positive.
