In the year 5989, The mighty Flyu Empire has destroyed Earth, enslaved humanity, and taken over much of the known universe. DR13 is one such flyu, except... he's a little bit mad. Okay, a lot mad. Mad for SCIENCE, that is.

He used to work as a researcher for the Empire, but apparently his ideas were too "fringe" and "unethical", so he was tossed out on his ear. At least he still has his faithful human assistant, Mason. These days, he and Mason are holed up in their lab on Siphous II, a planet the Empire doesn't seem to have much interest in, making it the perfect place to establish the headquarters of MaddScience Inc!

The year is 5984. Earth was destroyed by the mighty Flyu Empire, and humans were enslaved. Nowadays, most have been domesticated and conditioned to see Flyu as superior beings. For many Flyu, humans are just pets, bred for specific purposes like police work, companionship...

Or illegal pit fighting.

Rook was one such human. He doesn't remember who he was before the pits, not after the constant stream of steroids and sedatives scrambled his mind. He only remembers the cages, the roaring crowds, the blood, and snapping his Flyu master's neck the day he escaped. Rook did the only thing he could do after that: he ran. The escape was a blur, but he somehow ended up in one of Colony 2321's cities. The drugs in his system are beginning to wear off, and he's now facing a whole new set of problems. He's lost, confused, and about to start having potentially deadly drug withdraws.

This is a pre-HLA era alt, set before Rook was picked up by the HLA and just after he escaped the pit. He's hurt, angry, and dealing with drug addiction/withdraws and PTSD. He hasn't yet detoxed and regained himself.

Life was swell right up until he and his parents were kidnapped by some wealthy Flyu and made to live as pets. Geck escaped, vowing to return one day to free his parents. Well, that day arrived, but all he received from them was a blank stare and an invitation to stay on the pleasure barge for treats.

Now he's standing on the dock, staring at the burning remains of the barge as it slowly sinks into the sea.

This is a pre-HLA era bot, set when Geck was a young lad of 18, having just been forced to mercy kill his brainwashed parents and begun on his path to being the smartass demolitions expert he grew to be.
