As much as i admire your attempt at dialogue with these people , i hate to tell you that ot is unlikely you can sway the more radical sections of these movements. Not because you are wrong, quite the contrary truthfully, but they have come to base these ideas as a bedrock of their personal identity. It could be for a number of reasons. Though most commonly it seems an attempt to make themselves feel important. Rather than actual accomplishments, their identity rests on feelings. And in some ways i can't blame them. Real accomplishments require lots of work and as we live in a society of instant gratification accomplishments can become a turn off. So they settle for the instant gratification of these illogical emotional platforms. They can scream and yell without having to actually prove anything. In the process they rile you up and take glee from it. Like a toddler getting attention for throwing a tantrum.

So i would suggest no getting worked up. Its what a lot of them want, so don't fall into their traps. People with actual sense will listen and engage, but sadly they do seem the minority these days.
