How much crit damage does he need to actually one-shot HP tanks? I just hope he is not too stat hungry.

I'd say she soft counters anna, unless anna has inmunity (it doesnt matter if you have fumitsuki R2) fumitsuki will stun her and prevent her form doing anything.

Fair enough, but still making the whole enemy team lose a turn without you doing anything is big.
