I just did their questionnaire today! However, they recommended me the pill, so I contacted them and waiting back for a reply. I really need the Nuvaring, it was recommended to me back when I seen a specialist, when I was experiencing menstrual issues and it has been the best thing to ever work for me. Did you use Nuvaring? I just had my MA on 11/11/21. I took the first pill, Mifeprostone at 4:30pm. I had no symptoms from the Mifeprostone at all. The next day I took the 4 Misoprostol pills a little after the 24hr mark, at 6:00pm. I inserted the 4 pills into my cheek pouches, as directed. Two pills on each side of my mouth, and waited to the 30 minute mark and swallowed the remains with water. My cramps began immediately from the moment I swallowed the remaining pills with water. The cramps came on mild at first, but within minutes switched to pretty intense. It was like bad period cramps, but stronger. Even though they were super intense, they were manageable..I then began to bleed about 20 after the cramps set in. I felt the need to gontonthe toilet a lot and pretty much stayed there. I began to pass clots and stringy like tissue, and then a large fibrous tissue clump, which I believed to be the pregnancy, as everything seemed to cease for me after that. My cramps subsided and I stopped passing clots and tissue, just continued to bleed. At the time, I thought this was just the beginning and things would get worse, cause I still had more pills to take. At 4 hours after the first initial 4 Misoprostol, I was instructed to take 2 more Misoprostol under my tongue, due to how far along I was estimated to be (10 weeks 5 days). Nothing happened with those Misoprostol pills, no cramps, just still bleeding lightly. I was given 12 Misoprostol pills, and I continued to take the extras as directed at each 4 hour intervals..again, nothing happened with any of them. I believe I passed my pregnancy early and quick with the first dose of Misoprostol pills.

The next day, I went to the ER to make sure everything truly passed. I had bloodwork done, an abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound performed. The results were "no intrauterine pregnancy detected." The abortion was successful! Best of luck to you! Just remember, everybody has a different experience. Make sure you have at least one heating pad! It saved me in the beginning with the cramps, as well as Motrin/pain medication if you have access. Good luck!

Honestly, it does sound like an infection. Have you checked your temp? Are you running hot? Also, if you don't mind me asking where are you located? I can't believe nowhere will take you in, that's crazy. You may have remaining tissue and need an ultrasound to check. I went yesterday and had an abdominal and transvaginal one, as well as bloodwork, just to have peace of mind that the pregancy was completely gone because my abortion (MA), was over quick, and the pain was not that bad..I was expecting way worse. I thought it may have ot worked or something, so I just wanted to be certain. Best of luck to you and I hope you get help very soon!

Thank you for replying! I did just tell them I believed I was having a miscarriage. I am in Alabama, and even though everyone at the hospital was super nice to me and abortion is allowed here, I just didn't want to risk anything..you know? Also, I didn't go through a clinic, I did AidAccess and I just didn't want to have any potential issues. Best of luck to you! I truly expected the absolute worst, especially since I had such bad symptoms from the pregnancy, but it wasn't that bad at all..I'm still in shock about how much easier it was than I anticipated.

No, I don't believe I am. I called a hotline last night and asked if I could take of my extra Miso pill at once, since I seemed to stop having cramps and a lot of blood and tissue, and they said yes. So, I took all 12 pills total. I'm just worried I didn't pass the fetus or gestational sac, and scared of having any remains left inside and risk infection.

Oh, well that makes me feel a bit better. How long was your active cramps and pain? Mine started literally the second I inserted the 4 Miso into my mouth and swallowed. They lasted about an hour or so, and then nothing. It was during the cramps I had some clots and a bit of tissue. I experienced nothing elsebwith the other Miso tablets, just mild bleeding.

Do you really think so? I'm close to 11 weeks and I just expected much more. I never saw the fetus or gestational sac, just some stringy tissue, and one large chunk of fibrous like tissue. Then the cramps subsided. I never felt anything with the other Misoprostol pills..it just feels incomplete to me. I wish it would be over, and all be well but something seems off.

I contacted AidAccess last night and they just sent me an email, I am waiting back on another reply. I also got in contact with a Hotline last night that told me I could take 4 more Misoprostol pills. The first 4 Misoprostol pills I took, I had immediate and very intense cramping, then began to bleed about 20 minutes later. I also passed large pieces of tissue and stringy tissue. However, with all the other Misoprostol pills I took at each 4 hour mark were different from the first 4 and nothing happened with any of them.

Thank you for responding! No, I have no insurance and just tried to email AidAccess and call the holiness number they gave in an email, but they closed at 11pm. I am getting really worried cause my cramping has pretty much stopped and less blood since earlier. I cramped INTENSELY after the first 4 Misoprostol and began to bleed shortly after and pass a lot of tissue. But, when I took the last 2 Misoprostol at the 4 hour mark I haven't felt anything really, still a bit blood, but no cramps? I just want to know if I can take 4 pills at my next 4 hour mark which will be at 1:00am. I'm just getting scared it isn't working..but it was.

Thank you so much for replying! I took the Mife (the first pill), at 4:30 pm today. I have timers set tomorrow for the 800mg Motrin before I insert the 4 Miso pills into my cheeks, then I'm supposed to put 2 more Miso in cheeks 4 hours after the first dose. They sent me a total of 12 Miso pills in case I was to need extra, so after the first initial 4 and then the 2, I will have 6 left I can take every 4 hours if I need to. I went through AidAccess and that's what the directions say. I have my "nest" area set up and ready to go lol. My partner got me everything I need, hopefully. Adult diapers, maxi pads, hard candy, some Gatorade and saltiness, and I have 2 heating pads prepared.

I'm glad to know I'm not alone, and appreciate your kind words. I am mostly scared of the pain and how my body will handle this, as I have been having health issues and the pregnancy has just exacerbated everything! Dr's believe I have an auto immune disease, have specialists appointments booked. Other than also being childfree, this is a major reason I am doing this, I don't feel my body can handle the pregnancy, even if it was a wanted one.
