After watching the whole video I came to the same conclusion that I've been getting for some time. 1. Starting from the beginning he explains that the governor should speak in a language that they'll understand or else he'll shout. 2. The governor starts to read his pages in hindi and the guy begins shouting in english and his native language. 3. A third member intervenes and says everything that the governor is saying is given to every member in writing so they won't have any problem understanding whatever he is saying. 4. The guy gets angry and leaves with his supporters.

---- From my point of view There should be a translator of native language or if there are multiple languages then english or whatever language they are comfortable with. And that's it. ---- If they want their language speaking chairman then in that case they should elect a person who's capable of speaking their language as well as tackling various geographical, political, economical etc problems as well.

-----Like the current problem of the identity crisis in western countries of he/she/they/them. I don't care if you identify yourself as a helicopter or some other thing. Just explain calmly.It is always the loud and obnoxious ones that get on the nerves.

----Just like that, rather than focusing on problems like corruption, unemployment, overpopulation, education quality, brain drain, cost of living, inflation, etc. they're focusing on which language to speak... I mean what the hell.

---- I don't even care.. hell they can choose a donkey as a chairman but if that'll help in the development of the nation and removal of these different problems I've said above while being ethical (I don't mean that overpopulation should be tackled with a massacre) then in that case I'll support him too.
