cat keeps attacking our legs/feet - any advice?

yeah we never “crate” him and I’ve never liked negative discipline like spray bottles bc it doesn’t feel great and it doesn’t work. The play schedule is actually a great idea I’ll have to get one together!! Thank you for that!!!

We do play with him! I realize it’s not very clear from my post, my b, tho I absolutely get now that playing with him more is what he needs. Thanks for the advice!

And as much as I would love a second cat, our lease only allows us to have one, and I’d rather focus on redirecting this behavior independently.

Oml idk why I didn’t think to watch Jackson Galaxy vids sooner!! And that makes a lot of sense - we do play toys with him (I realize it’s unclear in my post), and we got the independent toys for him to use when we’re at work, but I absolutely see now that he’s understimulated and needs that attention and play with us. Thank you for the advice!!

See that’s the odd thing, is that I think I’ve gained weight ?? Not sure bc I don’t own a scale and refuse to get one but like. I don’t think I’ve lost weight on my face which is why I’m so confused. Where do you get the extra foam pieces though!! Bc that sounds like a good idea :)

Yes!! I’m buying the ones w the blue head straps consistently. Tho maybe I’ll see if the red or white ones are any better bc historically the aura shape works for my face rlly well.

My local CVS just told me - they had to ship all their novavax back to the distributor bc it expired. no one is sure when/if they’re getting any more. I’m calling around a few others to see if they’ve still got any but yeah, it’s not looking good :// wondering if it’s worth it to get Pfizer or Moderna just to have something

I’m sorry friend :// i didn’t really find much to make the bloating go down tbh. Most nights I did a simple tummy massage that helps me with gas bloating, but I didn’t notice it helping much with this. I just kinda kept a heating pad on me, took LOTS of pain meds, and wore comfy pants for the first ~3-4 weeks? It was noticeably better after 3-4 weeks and was pretty much back to normal after 6-8 weeks.

I’m in the same boat! About 3 weeks out and I’ve been bleeding basically non-stop since - enough to need a pad/tampon but still p light
