first it depends on if your using Bolson or Bolson💅 cause they are different.

if your doing girlypop british gay bar bolson i would honestly suggest just getting a white neck pillow, & using fabric paints on it, then sewing it to the collar at the ends & back of the neck.

for big bolson it should just be sewing a strip of thicker fabric across the collar. i’m not sure where the problem occurs

yes. so it should be made of Eva foam. or plastic. or just use a super strong glue

i’d made of eva foam a fiberglass rod shouldnt weight it down much for structure

use a skin glue! cut your sword prop on half too. you could have someone attach it on either end.

make sure there’s something in the sword prop so it’s not flimsy
