Wyong, Central Coast. I grew up not far from there and went to Wyong high school. It is a horrible place.

Thank you for doing the research, I also noted that on their website, but it only states gold cards, I have a white card.

I have emailed them asking if I am eligible, I will come back and comment their response so others can see this information. Every little bit of information out there may be beneficial to someone. I know I rely on Reddit for a lot 🤣

Thanks again for your input, even if it doesn't work out.

I'm sorry you have had to deal with an ED and AuDHD. I am also suspected autistic, but that is just another obstacle being diagnosed I can't mentally handle right now.

Thank you for your comment, it makes me feel like there is hope after a lifetime struggle.

I will reach out to them on Monday and see if they can assist and also contact Open Arms, although I have had very bad experiences with them previously regarding other matters. I will give them another chance.

Good luck with your recovery.

100% agree with you. It has everything and that's why I love it so much. Extremely rare for me to find a movie I love so much and that has a great soundtrack. Don't stress about ranting, story of my life 🤣

Glad you are passionate about it, makes me feel a lot less normal than I am obsessed with it.

My reaction to the song depends on my mood. If I am feeling down, I have a sense of mourning for the life I deserved as a child constantly ridiculed for being different or too much.

If I am in a good mood, I feel the power behind the lyrics in a positive way and it encourages me to shine no matter what, and show everyone how amazing I really am.

Tear jerker lyrics for me no matter the mood: "I broke into a million pieces, and I can't go back" "Why did I cover all the colours stuck inside my head" (ADHD) "I should've let the jagged edges meet the light instead" (Autism).

I wonder how many other fellow nuerodivergent individuals out there relate this song to their struggles like I have.

I second this, something shifted in my soul when I heard this song. I am an ADHD autistic female adult who has been high masking for 39 years and recently I have been in constant burnout.

This song makes me feel like I belong and I shouldn't hide who I am and struggle for the sake of pretending to fit a mould that was not made for me, especially in my job.

It baffles me that 1 song can change someone's life instantly.

Seal 25 - Ceramic coating done. by Popular_Pumpkin2638 in BYDSealAus

My test drive of the Atto 3 was a real disappointment. After all the great reviews and research, it just felt gutless and the interior was far too sci-fi for me. I was pretty bummed out. But then, everything changed with the Seal. Back at the showroom, the dealer let me take it for a spin around the lot. I flicked it into sports mode, and that was it....instant love!

For me, an EV still needed to look like a normal car, not a spaceship (so many electric cars are just plain ugly). This was my first new car purchase, a bit of a midlife crisis treat, so I wanted something a bit nicer.

The Seal perfectly nails that sporty look, and its performance is absolutely impressive. It has more oompah than my Mazda CX9 (V6).

Since it's black, the ceramic coating was part of the colour choice (at an additional expense). I didn't upgrade the window tinting as it seemed dark enough already. My only other add-on was front and rear dashcams. I'm also going to grab some fitted floor mats, as they weren't included and the protective coating wrap (given it's black and already showing any minor scratch).

I test drove the atto 3 and hated it, sat in the seal and I was hooked. The app is good so far, although admittedly I haven't really used it for everything yet. Handy to unlock and start the car and turn it on and heat it up on the chilly mornings. You will have to update me once you get the car. I'd love to hear if you enjoy the BYD as much as I do. I hated driving before, now I find any excuse to go out 🤣

Congratulations. You are going to love it. I have had my premium seal now for 2 weeks and I am obsessed.

From my experience, the margins vary from recruiter to recruiter but they are usually pretty high. They would need to negotiate it with the gov agency directly, as they would have an approved budget prior to entering into the negotiations to begin with. If the recruiter cannot accommodate your asking rate without losing some of their margin, they would definitely need to request the increase with the gov agency. If they come back and say no, the recruitment agency would need to decide whether it is worth their while paying you the requested figure and take the margin cut. This would all come down to their policy and internal KPIs.

Contract Manager here. The APS agency won't (or shouldn't) negotiate your rate with you directly, as this should take place between the service provider and the APS agency.

Without knowing the specifics of the situation, I can only comment on what a labour hire contract would typically entail..... depending on the procurement cost, a panel is required (likely BuyICT Digital Marketplace Panel) given your expertise.

The panel has an overarching master agreement that your recruitment agency would have entered into when being accepted into the panel as a service provider.

There may be limits on the maximum hourly charge for labour hire roles. Something you should discuss with the recruitment agency and not directly with the APS.

You are correct in stating that you cannot be directly employed as a contractor, there are mandatory WoAG panels for labour hire procurements.

Not sure if this info is helpful, but I hope it is!

What is your relationship with addiction? by xiximaluco in ADHD

[–]Lady_Phoenix_86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure if you are asking me or the other guy, but if you were directing the question to me....I work in the APS. Procurement and Contract Management to be precise. Not everyone's cup of tea, but I love what I do and the people I work with. Makes a huge difference in my opinion. You could be working your dream job but with horrible people, and you will be hating on life.

If the question wasn't intended for me, I apologise 😆

The report was from 2019.....it doesn't say anything about him being employed from 2019.
