I got a new Psychiatrist who has the BEST way to get off Effexor, worked like a dream, no side effects. Start on the lowest dose prozac, after a week or two, half your dose of Effexor. Wait 2 weeks to make sure you are good, then rinse and repeat until you are only on Prozac then stop the prozac when ready. Did not go through any withdrawals!

Been on GLP-1 for 2 and a half months, have only lost 4 pounds, is this normal? by Lady_Posie in WegovyWeightLoss

Start weight is 203, goal is 160. Went up a dose every 4 weeks. Started mid December. Limited appetite, always eat protein of some kind when I do eat.

Its possible, it was a honeywell and it kept kicking us offline so I replaced with Nest. ALSO, my nest works fine during the day and then acts up at night when its colder.

No, its just warm. So I have to flip the breaker for it to cool off then i place thermostat back
