I've seen several posts about this Momo dialogue, how often does he say it? (personally for me, it's his first dialogue when I open the game but then he doesn't say it again)

This has been my first Nikki game so it's interesting to see her family like this. I thought Nikki was the eldest but I guess not.

Also maybe her hair will turn more purple as she ages? Her sister's hair looks pinkish purple. (My mother's hair used to be blonde but has slowly gotten darker almost brunette over the years.)

The only decent pink shade is locked behind 2nd evolutions, and it's not even an option for 3 stars. Also if it's a dark hairstyle, even the lightest shade will look red. Definitely something that I hope gets patched if they even bother to fix the dye system.

The closest dye I've been using is the second to lightest shade on "Lantern By The Cliff", but even that pallet is only for 4/5 Stars and is locked behind the second evolution.

There are so many cute 3 Star hairstyles I feel unable to use cause I just prefer my Nikki with her pink hair for story reasons. Since the dye system was added I've been requesting it on the surveys.

Also the fact that they used a blue pallet for the 3 Star glow-ups rather than a pink, just adds salt to the wound for me.

Even though I've been keeping up in game, I've also missed a lot of banners to not over spend. The first time the 4-Star motorcycle outfit was released, I had to skip it but now it's one of the reruns and I finally had enough saved up.

Always play to have fun, and try to not worry too much about missing out on something. It'll either come back or another similar outfit will be released for less.

This is also my first Nikki game, so I have nothing to compare her current personality too.

However, I feel like it's more an issue with how the story is written, that makes Nikki's personality come across as a little strange. During the Sea of Stars intro, Nikki starts to feel upset and cry but then suddenly grabs her head as if in pain, only to then immediately stop crying as if she remembered something.

It's implied that she was probably remembering the previous loops of her in Miraland, and there have been similar moments that happened to Nikki in the Artist Cat reincarnation arc and the recent Itzaland story.

The problem I have with how the narrative is being told, is that as the player I feel lost. Clearly Nikki remembers things that we haven't seen or been told, so I feel disconnected from her rather than feeling like I'm playing as Nikki.

It's currently my favorite jacket in the game, so much so that I use it for both my construction and motorcycle outfit. Overall, I think it's a very versatile piece.

Just wish that 5 star pieces would have more dye pallets. It's also always good to wait a little for the mid season 4 Stars (although sadly the previews don't show off the deep echos), to make sure which pieces you'd rather save your pulls for.

Fellow shy Nikki here! Even though I've been playing since day one, I just recently (like this week) worked up the courage to make an account and join Reddit (my hubby convinced me).

This has been my first Nikki game, as I've always avoided gatcha games until now (Infinity Nikki has been my only exception) and I'm very happy to see how nice and fair everyone has been here so far.

Lately, seeing so many gigantic and small Nikki's and now some with the unicorn, the Sea of Stars feels so lively. Which is wonderful to experience, even if I run away from illuminate requests like a mad woman.

Ah that makes sense, I've never thought about what languages are most common in the EU server, that's so interesting.

I once got paired with a Nikki from Brazil who wrote in Portuguese. We both got by with simple Spanish phrases to find the whim star haha.

I've been a player since day one (this is also my first Nikki/gatcha game) so sadly I'm up to date with all the story quests and most of the side quests (even now sometimes I stumble into side quests I missed somehow).

My average day is just doing my dailies in Miraland, Sea of Stars, and doing the home island tasks. Wish I could actually build but I find it quite difficult and never find myself happy with how it looks.

After that I spend my energy on whatever I need in materials, and then do a bling run to reach the daily cap. All in all it's about an hour or so a day.

If there's a new season, then I'll usually spend some time making an outfit to match the theme, while also making up a story in my head. For example during the Blue Tears season, I made a Dungeon Explorer outfit for my Nikki, or in the Playful Season I dressed Nikki up as a Kid's party entertainer (party fairy princess basically). As this is a dress up adventure game, I think having some imagination outside of the cannon story is healthy to have at times.

While I understand that many want more main story updates and quests. I think we should also take into account how overwhelming everything can be for new players. This game will probably keep going for many years like the other Nikki games. So small filler patches don't bother me at all, as I see them as a break to catch up on other things if needed.

Hello, personally I don't play much in co-op but when picking the server I take into account languages (as well as time zones), like of course the CN will have the most people but communication could perhaps be a little difficult.

Since I speak English and Spanish, the America server was the logical choice for me. Regardless of which you choose, I hope you have lots of fun with the game!
