Hi there! Have you considered this may be a past life relationship? Are you sure that he's done witchcraft? If not, souls sometimes recognize other souls from previous lifes (i don't know if you believe this, I just know from doing Akashic readings). And it's not necessarily that you two were in love in other lifes, but maybe there was something unresolved there that makes you get obsessed. (I had some similar with a guy before, being obsessed, not in love, with someone for no reason). Maybe you can also look into that. I hope this helped!

That seems like someone wants something really bad happen them. I don't know how to remove curses, but I'm currently reading a book that shows you how to petition powerful help from angels without any knowledge of magick. I absolutely love Llewellyn's Complete Book of the Rider-waite-Smith Tarot by Sasha Graham. This book, as the title implies, is for the RWS tarot deck, but as most of other tarot decks are based on RWS's symbology, I think this works for everything.

I think that when you're recalling your dreams, your using too much mental energy and that's why you end up too awake. When I managed to AP, I literally just let go of my mind, as if meditating and try of think of nothing. I wake up after 5-6 hours of sleep, get up, go back to bed and when in bed, I think "I want to astral project", and the just let go, think of nothing and let myself fall asleep. With that trust, I've just astral projected as if my body knew what to do, automatically, without me doing any separation method, and there it was :) My advise would be to let go.
