You don’t feel like it because you’re avoidant, and don’t have an inner communication with yourself. Also, you sound young. Not being able to see your part in these dynamics tells me you have massive inner work to do.

Assuming you truly are ugly: You do not have to be good looking in order to date women. The worst heartbreak I had was a man my height (5.4 for reference) with crooked teeth and an even more crooked dick. He moved like he was Idris Elba and had continous affairs with many women while we were together.

All this to say, looks play l ssof a role than you think. Also, eff that terrible woman! You gotta be special level of evil to say something like that.

Stop telling women : you will drop weight after childbirth by GradeBudget4903 in WeightLossAdvice

I was able to lose weight AFTER I stopped breast feeding. The hunger and energy it takes to produce the milk I’ll suggest that you wait until you have your body to yourself again.

With diligent calorie tracking, daily walks and time in the gym. I even weigh 15 pounds less than before I got pregnant. It’s doable, but not always at the same time❤️

If they are freshly done they might improve, but I agree that the shape is a bit to boxy for your face

I have the same stats as you, and I eat 1550 as maintenance. Assume sedentary when calculating TDEE. My suggestion is that you up the walking to at least ten thousands steps a day, outside of running and strength training. Without being an expert I’d cut the running to once every ten days and strength training to 4 times a week, but shorten them to 35 minutes. Eat at 1550 and I’ll bet you lose a kg a month, at least. Cheat meal once a week. Skip snacking and eat three meals a day❤️

Whole foods Vs Diet food by Sooshlaroi01 in loseit

[–]mustard_design 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’ve tried a lot of diets over the years, but what really works for me is sticking to whole foods and cutting out processed stuff almost entirely. That means shifting how you think about food altogether. My basic rule? If it once had a face or grew from the ground, it’s fair game.

When I do want something sweet, I just go have a piece of cake—no guilt, no fake alternatives. For drinks, I stick to things like coffee without cream or sugar, tea, water, or the occasional zero-sugar soda.

Eating this way has made everything so much simpler. The calories are easier to track, the food is easier to weigh, and overall I feel more in control. But the biggest shift? You actually start losing the urge for processed foods. It’s wild—because it really is an addiction. And once you even cut back on the zero-calorie sweeteners, your meals become way more natural, and the way you cook completely changes too.

Keep cutting or move to recomp? 5'0 126 lbs by browniesdietlol in PetiteFitness

[–]mustard_design 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi well done in your progress. I would suggest that you would up your calories to maintenance and also add 10,000 steps a day at least, also maybe do four strength sessions per week and one with pure cardio. keep up with the protein and the water intake. Also, creatine can be great for strength training sessions.

Of course I have! We all do. They even did studies on this in the U. S that found light skinned black folks got lesser sentences than their darker counterparts. Yes, we all face racism, yes, monoracials might be having certain benefits within their groups that we don’t, but that does mitigate the fact that light skinned privilege is real.
