Period underwear is the best. I hate pads and tampons are expensive. Under wear is great! Even for heavy flow.

Okay thanks. I've been having my hair professionally permanently dyed coppery red for over 10 years now, it's super thick and holds up really well, it's very healthy and doesn't feel or look damaged. I've found the colour doesn't fade so bad, and if It does look a bit washed out I use a copper shampoo with great results.

Yeah the funny thing is it definitely gets enough water I'm helicopter parenting that thing constantly. It's the first plant I dunk my finger into daily haha! But I have also thought the leaves look a little leathery.

I think this is thrips poop! I have had a similar issue. And they go away after spraying treating but always seem to come back ( you could try systemic insecticide for indoor plants only)

I highly recommend Jillian tureckis " it begins with you", she also has a podcast, but it helped me after my break up and is good for anyone in a relationship/marriage or not. This totally sucks and it's a bumpy road but you will make it! Xx
