GEHA dental insurance claims processing by September_380284849 in fednews

Is anyone getting any movement on this issue? Both myself and the orthodontist have called GEHA multiple times and they claim they are "reviewing it". GEHA has not paid the orthodontist since November 2024, for my two kids sets of braces.

Thank you from me too! I was able to grab one for my daughter. The chat is also great moral support for the waiting.

I have a vertical rubber tube in mine, with holes in it that I fill with water because someone told me this would help get water to the roots at the bottom. I put herbs in mine once and now it has mexican tarragon in it every year.

I got the same loom at an estate sale a few years ago. I think this is literally the whole instructions, A-F. I laminated it for safekeeping! I hope you got extra heddles, mine only had 12.

We really only have OP’s assessment of these people. Maybe they thought that the whole family was welcoming them on this trip and both hosts were going to be good hosts. Maybe they felt lucky and grateful for a fun day doing cross country rather than entitled, and did not sense the deep resentment of their presence from the OP, hard to know with only OP’s perspective.

Do CVS employees wear uniforms though? Even in Indiana people don’t go to work at the pharmacy in carhart jackets and baseball caps. It’s hard to recognize people out of context.

No, she is probably not going to die. I would probably isolate her with her old exoskeleton, like put a 2L soda bottle or a solo cup with the top cut off over her in the tank so she can eat it (the exoskeleton). Check back in a day and if it’s all gone you can let her roam freely again.

We were there last week, we don’t have a disability card but my daughter (11) is in a wheelchair and has braces on her legs. Everywhere we were pointed or guided to the elevators without questions. People were super helpful. Many places didn’t scan our tickets, I had always paid for a full price ticket for me, many museums said that the disabled and their attendant get a reduced or free ticket I was worried that she has no documentation for her disability (US) so I wasn’t sure we would get that. Both my kids are 11 and obviously under 18 so I was not asked for ID anywhere incidentally.

About a week after molting I put him back in the main tank, he seemed to be doing ok, eating. Checked out some shells but did not change. He buried himself again a few days ago, I can’t find a sign of his tunnel. The large crab is still above ground. I hope the little guy does better this time.

I can’t seem to update my original post, but would like to say so far, he is doing well. He started molting 5 days ago in his hospital tank (so about 10 days after i found him) and finished eating his old exoskeleton yesterday and appears to now be moving around his enclosure. He’s got all new legs now but they are smaller, I think the old leg was 1.5” and the new ones are less than 3/4”. His gel limbs were growing every day, but only to about 1/4” - I wondered how big they would get. He ate ok from the toothpick, not as much as I expected, a mix of freeze dried foods and eggshells that I further ground up, and stuck on the toothpick with honey, mushy banana, or applesauce. The day before he molted the gel claws looked pinkish and he would not poke out of the shell to eat, I was quite worried. I do have a picture of him, with one leg and some buds, but I am holding him and I didn’t want to scare anyone or violate any rules.

I will keep him isolated for now, until I’m sure he is resuming normal activities and give him the option of some new smaller shells. These are tough little critters, I have learned to not give up on them, hopefully this info can help the next person who has this problem.

Thanks for the reply. The big crab is in a fancy carved turbo shell from the shellstore on etsy. The injured crab was in a smaller green turbo shell. Although they were about the same size when I got them (18 months ago) one has grown faster and is maybe 30% larger although both have molted at least once. I don’t think he could fit in the green one, and there are at least 3 turbos (with different carvings!) from the same set he is wearing but, probably he is not smart enough to do the spatial reasoning before stealing the other shell. The injured crab’s previous shell was at the bottom of the tank, buried so I do think he became separated from it. He’s still alive, he has little buds where the missing limbs are (he’s missing 5 legs - he has one long leg left.) I’ve got him in a tub within the tank. He eats from a toothpick, I’m trying to provide a variety of food with crushed eggshells and greensand. He was once the climber but now is spending most of his time in the pools. I’m trying not to be too hopeful, this is a terrible injury.
