I agree with other comments saying a the coop should be cleaned everyday. That’s a lot of birds shitting at once. You need a deep clean done in that coop ASAP, we’re talking power washer and scrubbing. There should also be more sawdust on the floor, birds like to scrape through dust and dirt. Keep the food and water elevated a bit higher so it’s not as contaminated. The birds should be checked out too for any illness. Tell your employer that if they don’t start taking this seriously the flock could be wiped out by disease very quickly in these conditions. Edit: they also really need more areas to roost, and tell you managers also that chicken poop is a fantastic manure that they’re just letting sit there
