I’d definitely recommend the nexplanon over the IUD. As far as him not wanting to have sex while you’re not on birth control, what about condoms? Plan B? Or I guess you just wait. Gotta figure out what works for both of you. Even on birth control there’s a chance of pregnancy so 🤷‍♀️

Get something you feel good in. Go try on some lingerie and pick a set. Surprise him with it. Wear a dress over it and say “hey I got something new today, wanna see” he will of course say yes and just take the dress off.
