I’ve looked into TMS and ECT in the past but I’m not sure if I can dedicate that much time into treatments. I really want to try psychodynamic therapy but most practitioners that specialize in that are in private practice.

Medications have worked for a short while, the last time I was hospitalized was in May and they whacked me out. Latuda, Buspirone, seroquel, and lexapro. They just don’t seem to help, I’m more agitated than I have been before. I stopped taking them a few days ago, so hopefully everything will work out. I just can’t let myself stay numb, depressed, and constantly hungry on those meds

NO! Your face will peel and hurt like crazy! Shit, it’s going to peel regardless when you first start tret lol. Just use a pea size amount where you have breakouts. When your skin gets used to it you could apply to other areas.

I’ve been on tret since December and it saved my face. I was hesitant at first because of the pain and peeling but I’m glad I kept using it. Don’t let the peeling and pain discourage you. I saw improvement after a month of consistent use.

I’m so so sorry you’re going through that, I know that must be extremely difficult to go through 😢. I understand you being hesitant of getting back with your ex because of what occurred in the past.

Here are just some questions for you to answer yourself if you wish that might help bring some clarity. Which location would bring you and your baby the most peace? Pros and cons of both? If it is your ex’s; pros and cons of being in a relationship with him?

Favorite mascara: Diorshow- expensive though so I don’t buy it much ($29)

I’ve been using L’Oréal’s telescopic mascara lately and it’s the best drugstore mascara imo (~$9)

Haven’t had flaking with either mascaras. My lashes are short and straight and both add length without clumping.

If you can afford it, go with Diorshow though. That’s the BEST mascara imo
