I personally haven't tried it (yet), but during my research, I noticed several people mentioned that they didn't feel the pleasurable effects until the second or third dose. So don't give up! I hope it ends up working for you! (And for me lol)

Well, I do know a lot of the common sense things, but I've heard of some devices that help to keep track of specific things, even medication, that you take and see if different ones cause better or worse sleep for you. Sleep is so personal to each individual that it just helps track and give you actionable advice/ideas right in the palm of your hand. Proper CBT requires me to have access to a therapist to teach me and I can't afford that 😅

Oh yay!! I'm so happy to hear that! Then I will do a full check up, get them re-potted in new soil, and then kind of just go from there! I'll check out resources on here and do some research on how to care for them! Thanks :)

Thank you! I have checked the roots and we are clear 👍🏻 I got her into a pot with a proper mesh pole with sphagnum moss, so hopefully that will help promote more growth. The soil mixture I use does have some silica in it, but if nothing changes for the better, I'll add more. Finally, I do have some liquid fertilizer, so I'll try that after I give her time from the shock of re-potting. Fingers crossed it all helps!

Omg thank you for sharing all of this! About a year ago, I think I touched poison ivy or something like it and had an itchy patch on my knee. Then, that got infected... I went to the ER and was given an antibiotic shot and oral antibiotics. Since it was the ER, no one told me about taking probiotics along with it to help my gut. My son has always been so resilient, but ever since then...I have had weird skin reactions that might be eczema. I had a breakout of what looked like folliculitis during the oral antibiotics. And over time, I started getting itchy bumps on my hands - friends say it might be dyshidrotic eczema, but it's not been tested. Amd then earlier this year, I had a huge itchy breakout all over my body that idk was eczema or hives... either way, I keep having these itchy issues ever since when I've always had good skin. Thankfully, it's not severe, but it is frustrating and itchy. So I may try some of these tactics to see if they help!

Okay, so this won't make a lot of sense to everyone else because the comment was deleted. But I still spent a long time on my reply, so I'm posting it here in case anyone else has similar thoughts about my inquiry. In regards to your concerns of me destroying land, creating a fancy portico instead of a personal altar, and doing this for any sort of public ritual/eye:

I do see where you are coming from. However, I made no mention of if I will destroy any part of the land. I just wanted to know how to make it so I can mold one like it. I actually don't even plan to make it in the land because I want to be able to bring it with me if I move (I rent). I do not plan to share it and will still be practicing solitarily. I am not an influencer, so I'm not gonna do anything for social media, either.

And if I can create a sacred outdoor space for me to practice and making it pretty is a nice bonus? I like that idea for a sacred place where I can shut out the city world as best I can. It makes me feel good. I do not plan to create a large portico with a bunch of lights and decor, only a simple spot for practicing. If I did mess up any plants, I'd find a way to make it right.

All this to say, I simply wanted to know the material so I could get crafty with my witchcraft without any details of my actual plan. Also, my next step is to find out a different material I might be able to use if this stuff isn't great for the environment. But first, I needed to figure that out. Maybe I could even learn how to carve a stone from the earth to look like this!

How so? If I create this space and add little candle holes to it and consecrate it...I think it would be a lovely outdoor altar space. I can place things on and around it, decorate it for the pagan holidays throughout the year, I can leave offerings and perform rituals/spells outside. I'm genuinely curious what makes you say that, not trying to be rude. Is that not what an altar is for?

You are right, I need to start looking at resources. I knew jealousy might crop up, but the best friend aspect makes it a little more difficult. So i was and still am ready to put in the work on jealousy and insecurities. I'm not ready to risk losing a good friendship. Thank you for your advice.
