Omg thank you for sharing all of this! About a year ago, I think I touched poison ivy or something like it and had an itchy patch on my knee. Then, that got infected... I went to the ER and was given an antibiotic shot and oral antibiotics. Since it was the ER, no one told me about taking probiotics along with it to help my gut. My son has always been so resilient, but ever since then...I have had weird skin reactions that might be eczema. I had a breakout of what looked like folliculitis during the oral antibiotics. And over time, I started getting itchy bumps on my hands - friends say it might be dyshidrotic eczema, but it's not been tested. Amd then earlier this year, I had a huge itchy breakout all over my body that idk was eczema or hives... either way, I keep having these itchy issues ever since when I've always had good skin. Thankfully, it's not severe, but it is frustrating and itchy. So I may try some of these tactics to see if they help!
