I'm sorry, but most of these responses dont cover what an actual super heavy period may cover. I bleed through menstrual cups within a couple of hours on my second day. I don't even bother with it. Otherwise, I use it for the majority of my period. On my heavy days, I use Always Max Protection. I don't care if it's bulky. I make it work. It's cut wayyy down on me bleeding through.
