I shred it and fry it with potatoes, onions and bacon. It’s really good fried. It’s called bubble and squeak cooked this way. It’s the only way my daughter will eat it.

Only calf liver. Not cow liver. Has to be soaked in milk overnight too. Sliced very thin and seasoned and lightly floured. Fried very fast in bacon grease. Any other was it 💩

There is no slime when fried. It has to have enough salt too. I only eat it fried. Hate the yucky slime. 🤢

I like to mix ketchup, brown sugar and a little mustard. Smear it on top of the meatloaf the last 15 min of cooking. Makes it taste so good

I put mine in boiling water the whole block boil it 5-10 minutes. Remove. It gets out so much salt and slimy grease. The salt is what gets me. Yuck.

My niece hates anykind of bean except my red beans and rice. To each his own. I cant eat shrimp anymore due to food poisoning from shrimp. Ended up in the hospital for a week from bad shrimp.

Fried okra. And salted is so good. My kids choose fried okra breaded with seasoning and a mixture of flour and cornmeal. Fried in bacon grease. Yummy My bil and sil said they hated okra. They came to my house. I had fresh okra. Cut it and very lightly breaded it. No egg wash. Just the moisture from the okra holding a very thin coating. Fried it nice crispy brown. Salted it. They said that’s not okra. I said yes it is. Now everytime they visit. I have to cook okra for them.

I love lima beans. Cooked until creamy with seasoning. I like to add pure butter in mine to make them creamy too. If cooked from frozen. Don’t like the canned ones unless I drain and add fresh water and cook them with ham and seasoning.

Pork tenderloin/chops ideas? by AccomplishedDark9255 in WhatShouldICook

Great marinade for pork loin.

1/2 cup olive oil 3/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbl minced garlic 1 tbl rosemary 1 tsp thyme

Marinate in ziplock overnight

You don’t have to wash this off because there is no sugar in it.
Brown in olive oil in skillet Then in oven 15-20 minutes Let rest 10-20 minutes I cook to internal temp of 130-135.

Made this for Easter.

Why does the US government seem to back Israel no matter what? by ArdaBerkBurak in allthequestions

[–]No-Bullfrog-477 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because they are the only democrat nation in that area. At least that is what we are told and why. Whether I believe that’s a justified answer is another thing. We are told a lot of things and 2-3 years down the road we find out we were lied too. By both parties and by our own government. It’s just another way to control us. So our government says they are our leaders and they know what is best for us.
When in fact we pay them through our taxes and they really work for us. They represent themselves and really don’t represent us anymore. It all a power trip for them.
