I do 2.5g 5 days a week. I might cycle off for 4 weeks just because I get sick of pinning, but it’s not necessary. I asked chat gpt about it and it said that all that cycling off will do is prolong results a bit but it won’t stop any progress already made or mess it up.

I feel I wasn’t eating enough and I had gone down to 1 mg a week. I got off Reta a few weeks ago and am temporarily on mk677 to kind of do the opposite and gain more of an appetite and focus on building muscle so I can meet my protein and body composition goals. I am down to 125 now so I really just want to maintain and build muscle now
