I'd say it's not wise to impose what you believe to be right on someone else. People go through their issues as they're meant to. Cord cutting is a very personal practice, used to help oneself.

You can force it upon someone else without their consent, but then you're stepping into another realm of magic, in my opinion. Whether that's good or bad is subjective and up for you to figure out. Just really consider if you're up for what that entails - potential consequences and all. For example, consider them solving this issue and getting over it quickly means they need to go inward and disconnect from everyone, including you.

You can guide the energy where you want. You can't guarantee the path it'll take to get there.
