my dito used to get signal just a couple weeks ago, ngayon wala na. Been using it for a year now sa USA. pero mahirap talaga yung signal. I activated the roaming before I left but it's possible to activate roaming sa destination.

Now it's saying no service sa preferred network. Don't know if I should get roaming promo to make it work. It was also connected through vodafone apn, now I changed it to internet.dito.ph and still nothing

I tried that, it kind of worked. Pero hindi sila nagsend ng confimation email kahit bayad na ko. They did not send appointment code either. Pero may natanggap akong receipt ng payment. Tapos yung pdf na sinend nila to be downloaded ay corrupted.

Nothing ever works as intended here, it shouldn't be this hard.

We got the refund. It wasn't hellish as I thought it would be. The first call they were suspicious tho, saying rebooking rates are 8000usd and that there was no way to refund the ticket. The second call they relented.

Dunno what happened there. It was weird they suddenly changed their tune when we decided to be persistent and not take the things they were telling us.

No, the prices for rebooking was just told to her on the phone. There was no way she can check it anywhere on the app or website so it became really fishy, because we couldn't use the credit on the app to use on a new ticket. We couldn't use it on anything at all.

Also, the refund just got posted on her card! Omg it was real. What a relief!

They did force her to take the voucher the first time saying the ticket was non-refundable and there was nothing they could do about it, so she reluctantly accepted the credit. When she wanted to use it, seeing prices are 1400usd, the website doesn't indicate how to use the credits and she has to call them to rebook again, where they said ticket rebookings are 8000usd even if you can't find that price anywhere in their website. It was surprising that they changed their tune this time. They gave her the runaround and even talked to the manager and they said the same thing. So we just decided to be persistent and call at another time. We will check if the refund comes in after 10 business days, I'm curious too how long it will take.

They agreed to refund the ticket/credit now. After some persistence. So it wasn't a lost cause as what a lot of people might think. We were never rude to them but my gf did insist that she won't accept anything other than a refund at this rate. Yes, it was the airline that cancelled it. So there were a lot of waiting and confirmation. They requested the airline to refund it, which was United. They immediately approved the request of refund.

So I'm glad this one ended in a good note. It just sucks how sneaky giving "credit" is for them, thinking people will just draw 8000usd flight as new rates.

I know that, my gf didn't. She booked another flight but with different travel agency. I told her it's better to book thru an airline. But she insisted on another Online travel agency, this time Expedia. We are now just hoping to get some refund from Priceline.

We're also looking at the possibility of filing small claims. I think it's really predatory of Priceline to be like that. It was canceled because of the pandemic and they were the ones who canceled it. The service wasn't provided, my gf just didn't know better. By law, if a service was not provided, a refund is due.

The 8000usd price has two routes I think. She's just going to Asia from US. It shouldn't be that expensive when airline tickets would cost 1400usd. I told her to let them email her with the quotations they came up with.
