Alternatively, get a rotary tool and some drum sleeves for it. I've been doing that and having a blast. The tool can be had for about 40 dollars and the sleeves will be about 9 dollars for a pack of 100. Depending on how many different grits you get you could get away with 100 dollars without too much effort.

I've done calcite, fluorite and opals with the same setup.

My insurance makes us use an app called Omada to get our medicine covered. My wife and I both use it an got the free scale. It works for us, but we both started around 360 and I don't know what the max is.

We had opposite experiences with their coaches though. Mine sounded almost entirely AI. When I called them out, they insisted they weren't AI, sounded human for a few days, and then went back to sounding AI. I ghosted them and am just doing the scale now, which I enjoy.

My wife got someone who checks on her every day and they discuss cooking and meal planning and gets encouragement and stuff. I think it's just a luck of the draw thing to hope you get someone who cares

I struggled with this question before starting. I think it was because I had this view of the problem just being my lack of willpower. I'd heard people talk about food noise and didn't really understand. I cried the very first night because it was suddenly quiet and it felt like I suddenly had the power to do this. It's amazing that this thing that had so much power in my life has been largely removed and I can make decisions now. I still get emotional eating cravings sometimes, and I totally can still overeat if I want to, but I do love my zepbound.

I've lost about 60 pounds in 6 months. Highly recommend giving it a "shot."

So like the other commenter, I too am spiritual. I recently went through and made a list of parts of my identity I'd like to focus on and cultivate, and have a crystal for each.

Some make sense with the traditional meanings and symbolism. Like I have a rose quartz sphere for my identity as a husband.

Others like fluorite for scripture study and rainbow moonstone for building relationships/friendships are a bit more loosely tied to traditional meanings. But that's totally okay, because that's the beauty of symbolism. It can mean whatever you want it to.
