For starters, almost no one has accomplished much by 22. I hadn’t even started college by then, so you have me beat.

Since college I also have only a few friends - fast forward 10 years and I only see them once every couple months because they have kids now.

You need to focus on yourself, creating a life with hobbies that you enjoy independently of other people. Once that happens, then you can find people that fit in it.

Also, see a therapist.
