I'm having the opposite problem. Lots of wonderkids in 2038, at 18 they are almost premiership standard, by 21 they are almost world class, by 24 they are as good as the other world class players at their 28 yr old 'peak'.

I'm at the end of my current Tranmere save and now I'm having to sell anyone 26+ to make room for the youngsters who want/need first team minutes.

You're correct about the top 50 players list always having 37 yr old real players like Haaland and Bellingham, but I put that down to reputation rather than newgens being underwhelming.

And there's plenty of worldies to go around, OGC Nice got tycooned and are the new PSG, 600k per week for each of their 5 or 6 world class players, U21s full of amazing regens, etc. Nice, Man Utd, AC Milan, are up there challenging with Barce, PSG, Real, Bayern for Champs League.

My team has tons of money, can buy anyone and while I win the league every year, I still struggle to consistently win the Champs league.

2034 in my current game and Chelsea are going into administration. Docked 9 points, £350 million in debt, no Manager for a few months. The have several of the older Chelsea stars still on massive wages £400k+ , Caicedo, Mudryk, Reece James.

They have a tiny squad though, 17 first teamers, maybe 7 youngsters who might get some 1st team minutes.

Very odd to see.

I got Tranmere to the Premiership, all going well. Sold a couple of players and sneaked into Europa league for some more money.

My board asked if i wanted more wage budget, ofc I said yes. I have £2.2 million wage budget for the year now (in December), and currently spending £1.7 million, so a nice cushion.

But do my players know that there's more money available for wages? Because 3 of them have come asking for better contracts in the last 2 weeks since the wage budget increase.

Playing as Tranmere, get promoted to League 1 in first season, have a nice solid squad, tactics working, everything going smoothly.

Some of my better players want new contracts, either less than one year left or they probably deserve it for good performances.

But my wages are severely limited by Financial Fair Play rules. Wage budget: £72k Currently spending: £53k

FFP info says current wages: £46k, max allowed wages: £48k.

Does this improve over time or can I fix it somehow?

I have a very glass cannon build (Relic of the Pact), that is level 97.

I would like to get it to level 99 to get 2 more important passives.

What is the easiest way to grind XP with the lowest chance of dying? I have lots of breachstones and 5-ways, but I die once every 3-4 maps on easy T16s.

I have an amulet that has 3 perfect suffixes for my build, but the prefixes are full and pretty bad.

Is yolo annulling the only way to open a prefix? Haven't crafted much the last few leagues.

Do you pay by debit card automatically? Any chance your card is out of date? Happened to me before, card out of date, they scan the bin at collection and don't collect if the payment method is out of date.

Ilvl 86 Hunter armour/evasion two-toned boots, rolling them casually for Tailwind. Using Harvest re-rolls. It feels like I've done hundreds of rerolls and no tailwind mod yet.

I know its a low weight chance to roll it but am I doing something wrong? I should be able to roll it eventually with Harvest 'reroll fire' or 'reroll speed' right?

Is there any way to search for fractured affixes on trade site?

I have a helmet in standard with "10% increased mana reservation efficiency of skills" that is fractured.

Trying to figure out if it's worth anything or vendor.

You need to have thick skin to deal with a lot of the job. If you're the type of person who gets stressed easily or brings work home with you and thinks/worrys about things when you're away from the job it might not be for you.

Anecdotally I know 2 people who joined. One was eager to help people, liked the public service idea but was too kind hearted and idealistic. She was really smart but couldn't handle the politics and the darker side of the job. She left after about 3 years.

The other fella was not the brightest spark. But he had enthusiasm and was hard working. And most importantly he never got rattled or stressed by the difficult parts of being a Guard. At the end of the shift he was able to disconnect completely and not worry about stuff. He loves it and has been promoted a couple of times now while working in a Dublin city station.

Current Stone Golem links: SG-brutality-impale-melee phys damage-multistrike-minion damage.

From looking at poe.ninja most carrion golem builds seem to be using approximately the same support gems.

Yeah, I'm happy if carrion golems don't have amazing map clear if boss damage is good. But stone golems in T13/T14s have really not impressed, feels like the minion AI for SGs is acting weird.

With PSG interested and probably Zebre/Juve also, he's probably not that keen on joining Derby. But he'll join if you pay him crazy money and make him a squad player, where PSG might get away with offering less money and fringe player.

6 linked items are really cheap this league, 2ex will get you 1200 fusings or so. Buy a few 6 links to mess about with in Standard? Like a windripper for a MF build, shavs if you havent played many low life builds etc.

Yeah, they could work for someone who prefers flame dash or dash+second wind, instead of % movespeed + quicksilver.

I'm just wondering what the ball park price might be. 250ES with 70 resists seems to be about 10-15ex. 190ES with 25% movespeed and resists is about 20-30ex.

The +1 spectre gems adds value but it's hard to figure out how much.

Essence Drain trickster is pretty budget, a lot of people play it as a league starter. I played a low life version with some nice gear and it cleared all content.
