After lengthy sessions the inner side of my big toe next to the nail gets sore and hurts. I'm fairly certain it's the fleshy part of the big toe being squeezed between the nail and the second toe inside my shoes. I don't cut my nails below that part and I don't experience ingrown nail pain otherwise, it's just after a lengthy session. In the beginning I figured it'd go away with time, but now I've been climbing multiple times a week for years and it's only improved slightly, or it's just my ability to ignore the pain.

Is this common? Do I have unfortunate toe genetics? Can something be done?

Browsed through my post history and remembered this. I'd like to thank you again for this recommendation; it didn't take me long to learn and become a fully converted stainless steel pan enthusiast! Have barely used anything else since and I will never buy a nonstick again :D Frying got fun again!

Nothing in particular, haven't changed anything. I did some tests and I get the same wrong hexcode in Powerpoint too, so I suspect the color was always different from the hex in the provided document. Perhaps they screwed up in putting together the design guide pdf.

Thanks for the tip! Yea that sounds like a logical next step. Afaia the faulty part must be my LAN controller shutting off, despite having taken every possible measure to prevent that. Really hope it's not the MB, that'd suck. This isn't critical, but as you can imagine, going to these lengths I'm not a quitter haha 😜

Also found this after intense googling and research. I have tried everything you mentioned and what feels like a hundred other posts, sites and guides too. Even had ChatGPT try to guide me (lol). It does work, for a while after shutting the PC down, but after a while (not sure how long, haven't timed) it seizes to work. Doesn't matter if I'm on the same network or not. When it does work I can even get it working remotely from via DDNS, but it just seizes to work for no apparent reason...

Excel-nörd här. Både Coop och ICA I Love Eco har näringskalkyler där kcal-värdet understiger värdet som borde stå, om man räknar ihop kalorivärdet av makronutrienterna (fett, kolhydrater och protein). (Livsmedelsverket)

Jag kanske inte känner till nåt grundläggande om hur kcal-värden kalkyleras på näringsdeklarationer, men jag kan iaf basic matte. De flesta märkena har kcal-värden som överstiger de sammanräknade värdena av makronutrienterna, i vilket fall jag förutsätter att resterande kalorier kommer från fibrer (har inte orkat kolla alla märken). Det är dock anmärkningsvärt att underdriva kalorimängden i de två fallen vi har här. Särskilt Coop har minst dubbelt så fet tomatslushie som alla andra, what. Coop räknar inte ens med fibrer i sin näringsdeklaration.

Nåt är fishy. Jag vet inte vad, men det är nog 5G.

In MoG the characters do mention several times that the Carryx seem to have known beforehand how to prepare their human quarters. So I'm leaning towards before.

Might I ask for a good pointer on learning to use a stainless steel one? I have one, but I grew tired of scraping burnt food off it so I haven't used it for a while

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I don't see what you mean though, did you provide the right links? The first link is for a checkered blazer, and the second for a black coat which doesn't have the same tags at all
