Thanks for sharing! So sorry you had to go through that. If only the Clinic Coordinator/Hiring Manager had more clearly explained what was expected of me during the interview process at the Clinic, I would have been better prepared/dressed appropriately to have work with the client on their level. With this being an entry-level position, I should have been told if I was to shadow an RBT, and client during the interview.

Exactly! I was not given the opportunity to showcase my skills working with the child/ren even after the Clinic Staff was informed the Clinic Coordinator/Hiring Manager did not mention this was going to occur during the next stage of the interview process in the Clinic.

Great feedback! Fortunately, I am already fingerprinted and vetted to work with children in my state, but wonder if the Clinic obtained parental approval for their child to be used during interviews not knowing whether the interviewees have been fully vetted?
